Delivery Times & Charges
Postage is £2.50 per order for UK addresses. Overseas postage is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.
Ordering from this site is available to customers in the UK & EU. Overseas orders are usually sent by Standard Airmail.
UK delivery time from our receipt of your order is approximately 5 to 7 working days (ie not weekends or bank holidays). Please allow sufficient time when ordering, especially if you are ordering by post. We use the most economical standard Post Office services, and heavy parcels may take a little longer.
We can sometimes arrange faster delivery for urgent orders, but any extra postage costs incurred are payable by the customer.
For approximately 3 weeks before Christmas most UK orders will be dispatched by first class post at no extra cost.
If it has been between 8 to 10 business (ie not Sundays or bank holidays) days since you ordered, and your parcel has not arrived, you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, and check any outhouses etc. where the parcel may have left if it will not fit through your letterbox. Then check with your local sorting office to see if the parcel has been returned there to await collection. Allow longer if overseas.
If it has been 14 working days since you ordered Royal mail will class your order as lost, and we will be able to send a replacement or give you a refund. Please email us at carol@calicopie.co.uk including your order number, name and address. We cannot refund or replace goods until 14 working days have passed from date of despatch. Allow longer if overseas.
